80's Modern Villa

Unique and cottage-inspired property in the suburbs that needed some TLC. Modernized design was integrated into the original layout, maximizing the aesthetic and functionality of the space.

Frameless Glass Railing, Front Porch (Refinished), Front Yard Sign (Custom), Pool (Large), Lighting, Limestone Tread Steps, Lower Tier Patio, Privacy Wall (Custom), Stone Patios (Large), Tall Retaining Wall (48"), Zuri Deck

Site Challenges

Concrete breaking around pool to install new pool lines and skimmers. 


Existing concrete base posed grading concerns managed with proper slopes and drains.


Existing stone work needed to be chiseled out and cleaned off the existing concrete.

Pool and deck in West Vancouver

Taylor kept the whole process smooth and seamless, even with add-on's and changes made part way through.
