LANDSCAPE CONSULTING SERVICE

This is where it all begins. Before breaking ground on conceptual design for your residential or commercial property we start with a friendly noncommittal phone call where we talk about the vision for your project. From there we move on to an on-site meeting. Below is a breakdown of what you can expect during the consulting part of our landscape design service.

During the initial phone call, we discuss your project. Are you looking to renovate your front entrance to have more “curb appeal”? Are you looking to redo your backyard, build a pool, cabana and fire pit? This is your chance to talk to us about your project and wish list. On this call, we discuss design fees, rough project costs and even approximate time lines to build. We also invite you to give us your address or photos of your property so we can have a discussion while seeing the space. We are here to answer your questions about landscaping and give you an insight as to what you can expect throughout the process.

Once there is a mutual understanding of what costs are involved with a Landscape design and landscape construction project, you may wish to take the conversation further with an “on site consultation”. Fees for an on-site consultation range between $150.00 - $300.00 depending on location from our office.  If at this time you decide to move forward with a landscape design, this consultation fee is waived, and the design contract is created. 

During an on-site consultation, we get into the details of your project. This is your chance to show us your vision and tell us how you see the space coming together. If you are unsure of how to lay it all out, no problem! We love to solve the “design puzzle" for you, and on site we can give you our creative ideas. If you decide to move forward with a landscape design, this on site visit will also include your “site inventory and analysis” — where we measure up the space, take photos, and take notes we need for the design process..
