There are many ways to finish your kitchen - whether it be stone, wood, concrete or steel, having a proper foundation is important to ensure longevity of the structure. You may require a gas line for the barbecue and electrical for a fridge or receptacles. It’s important to have a design created first, so these utilities can be mapped and properly installed before building your dream kitchen. We all love sitting by a fire. When planning your fire pit or fire place, Calumma’s construction team does it right. Much like a kitchen, you will require gas and electrical lines, as well as a proper foundation. But aside from the construction aspect of it, we will design that space to accommodate the perfect amount of people you dream to have sitting with you. Whether its a unique flooring pattern, decorative stone wall, specimen plants or trees, designing your fire pit patio will really make a focal point in your space.

If you plan to build a pool, you’re going to want a space to have to sit beside it. Building a custom patio to fit a day bed or pool lounge chairs will ensure you have space to lounge around, bake in the sun, have a nice mid day nap or read a book. Our designs are made to lay out furniture in a specific position and place. Unless specifically requested, we don’t often design large expansive patios without having well thought out and dedicated furniture areas.
