Site Challenges

Flush design hot tub required us to plan specific wall thicknesses to ensure all cladding matched up.


Hot tub shotcrete was completed in the winter, requiring us to set up a temporary heated tent.


Rooftop IPE deck materials were lifted up a ladder for installation requiring specific weight calculations.

Outdoor patio and fire pit in North Vancouver
